- Associate Professor: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in respective specialty + Minimum 8 years teaching/research experience after postgraduation
- Assistant Professor: MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in respective specialty + Minimum 3 years teaching/research experience after postgraduation
- Professor: Maximum 58 years
