    The AIIMS Paramedical Exam 2026 follows a structured pattern designed to test candidates’ knowledge in core science subjects. The examination consists of 90 objective-type multiple-choice questions distributed equally among three subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. Each subject carries 30 questions worth 30 marks, making it a total of 90 marks for 90 minutes duration.

    Biology or Mathematics section depends on the chosen course stream.
