Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates must meet the following age requirements to be eligible for the BPSC APS & WMO examination:

    • Minimum Age: 21 years
    • Maximum Age: 37 years (as on the date of examination)
    • Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per BPSC rules and Bihar government guidelines

    Educational Qualification

    The following educational qualifications are mandatory for candidates applying for the Assistant Public Sanitary & Waste Management Officer position:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering) from a recognized university
    • Alternatively, a degree in Science with relevant experience in waste management
    • Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with appropriate work experience may also be considered

    Work Experience
